Dan Schauer  Lead Pastor Dan Schauer

Pastor Dan was born in South St. Paul and grew up in Hastings, Minnesota. He attended Inver Hills Community College, then completed his undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota. He received a masters degree in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Dan served as Associate Pastor at Agape Christian Church in Pasadena for four years before returning to Minnesota (it took a while to convince his wife to move here) to plant New Heights Community Church.

His wife Marsha was born in Korea. Her family moved to California when she was eleven years old. She has a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary (where she and Dan met). Marsha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and works at a counseling clinic in Eagan.

Dan enjoys tennis, golf and jogging in his spare time. Marsha enjoys singing, gardening and reading. The Schauers have lived in Inver Grove Heights since 2001. Their son Nathan, who was born in December 2003, is an active boy who enjoys running, climbing, riding his bike and playing soccer.

  Assistant Pastor Sherry Kamrowski

Pastor Sherry was born in St. Paul and grew up in Cottage Grove, Minnesota.  She attended Winona State University and received her undergraduate degree in Business Education.  She went Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota where she received her Master of Divinity degree.

Her husband Keith was born and raised in Winona, Minnesota.  They met while Sherry was in college.  He moved to the Twin Cities so his wife could get a teaching job.

Sherry enjoys spending time with family, walking, biking, swimming, crocheting, sewing, playing board games, and reading.  Keith enjoys biking, swimming, playing board games, playing cards, and spending time with family.

Their daughter Nina is going to college at South Dakota State University.  She love science and hopes to work as a Microbiologist.  When she has spare time she likes reading, sewing, and spending time with family.
